Lynnwood Food Bank's Food Truck was funded by the City of Lynnwood's COVID funds and Verdant Health Commission with the goal of increasing access to the community. 

On Thursdays the food truck has a focus of serving students at Edmonds College. Edmonds serves a high number of non-traditional students, so our college customer base is varied.

On Saturdays the food truck serves at a variety of apartment complexes, serving low-income seniors as well as households in South Lynnwood.
